What is Session:X?

Session:X is a fabulous addition to your PT4U membership! It is a new platform that contains supplementary sessions that will complement your training programme.

We know that it’s difficult, if not impossible, to help you with everything in the space of a few sessions a week. Session:X allows you to move in between sessions at a time and place that suits you.

It contains Joint specific mobility sessions, Yoga, Pilates and even guided meditation. You will receive your own login so you can access it from anywhere on any device for the duration of your time with PT4U.

What content is currently available on Session:X?

Session:X currently contains all the sessions listed below with more being added each month (see “what additional content is currently planned” for more information on what’s coming up).

What will Session:X cost?

Session:X is absolutely free to PT4U members!

You do need to have an ongoing PT4U membership in order to keep your access, so if you leave us the access will be removed and there will be an admin charge for setting you back up if you subsequently return.

How do I get started?

Simply let us know that Session:X is something that you'd love to have access to and we'll send you a link so you can create your own login to the platform.
