In-Person Group Training

We currently run 3 in-person group training sessions every week:

Functional Strength - Mondays 7pm,

Circuits - Thursdays 7pm

Bootcamp - Saturdays 10am.


Our bespoke in-person sessions are unique to PT4U with every session planned by our experienced head coach Richie.

Each session has its own distinctive style and format catering for all our members needs & abilities.

Whether your goals are fat loss, fitness, strength, power, speed or general health and wellbeing, you can be sure there will be something here for you.
