Our 6 week challenges are run throughout the year for lots of different people for lots of different reasons and there has got to be a good reason that so many people come for the challenge and never leave.

Why does it work?
It provides you with a specific focus & a clear time-based goal.

It is (too) often said that if you lose fat quickly, you'll just pile it straight back on. If you were to say, eat only cabbage for a time and then revert back to your original diet then obviously that would happen. When done correctly this is not actually true at all!
